The Millon 2019 staff has been carefully chosen and features a group of coaches who are exceptional players AND have shown that they can not only coach, but have the ability to teach, develop, and relate to the campers.
Our teaching methods are numerous and based on an innovative approach to maximize the development and growth of the camper during the week. The curriculum is fresh and innovative and based on Erin’s PLAYER DEVELOPMENT MODEL of INDIVIDUAL SKILLS & TEAM ASPECT EXECUTION. It is a fact that each camper will leave having gained a more solid foundation and understanding of multiple aspects of the game. Focusing on important individual skills and team concepts, we break things down and make the lesson and skill easy to grasp & execute. Full speed demonstrations, smaller group tactics and positional skills training give our campers the advantage to learn more. We also feature an educational series called Being A Female Athlete which educates our campers on topics such as Fitness and Strength, Yoga Benefits for the Athlete, The Importance of Nutrition, Self Confidence and Leadership Guidance.
