About Erin Millon

Erin Millon is passionate about the instruction and development of players and has been coaching and mentoring young ladies for many years. Millon Lacrosse brings you unmatched experience in camp management and organization, and has done so since 1994. More than 28,000 campers have come through the program and experienced what makes a Millon Lacrosse camp the best instructional camp in the country.

As a 2014 Hall of Fame inductee, Erin Brown Millon was an 11 year Team USA veteran and two time World Cup Champion. Erin is a graduate and All American from the University of Maryland and was a member of the All ACC 50th Anniversary team in 2002. She was honored by the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League as a LEGEND of the game and has been coaching and working with players of all ages and at every level for over 25 years. She has been an innovator and administrator of the game since graduating from Maryland and has worked for a lacrosse equipment manufacturer and as the first Women’s Division Director of US Lacrosse. Her continued involvement at the elite club level and position as a Recruiting Coordinator has allowed her to continue her passion for the women’s game and mentoring female athletes. As the Director for Millon Girls Lacrosse Camp, Erin is committed to providing each camper with an exceptional camp experience. The driving force for Erin has always been “for the love of the game”! Her commitment to each camper is to increase their knowledge, develop their individual skills and have a tremendous amount of fun!
